Starting a new job might also be your first experience of formal meetings.  If you work as part of a team or you work in a large company, you will at some point find yourself taking part in meetings.  All companies will have their own style of meetings, some formal and some very informal.  This short session will give you an idea of what might be expected of you and what is best practice at meetings.  If you are not someone who likes to speak up at meetings it will also give you some tips on making that easier.
