'Mareva at Fifty – Landmarks on the Journey and Future Trajectory'
This is the speaker's inaugural professorial lecture. The lecture will explain the nature of the Mareva injunction, provide an account of the history of this procedure since its introduction in 1975, and indicate its potential direction of travel.
