A free Information Event for Migrant and Minority Ethnic Communities will take place on Wednesday 6 November from 4.00pm to 7.00pm in the South Dining Hall, Queen's University Belfast. All migrant and minority ethnic communities are welcome.

What to Expect

This event will provide information and support to migrant and minority ethnic communities in Northern Ireland, including refugees and asylum seekers.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers (including one-on-one support) on many topics from a wide range of bodies including:

  • Advice NI
  • NI Housing Executive
  • Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI)
  • Policing and Community Safety Partnerships (PCSP)
  • Victim Support
  • Migrant Centre NI
  • Housing Rights
  • Education Authority NI
  • Independent Monitoring Authority (IMA)

This event is organised by Consular Corps NI, Advice NI, and NI Housing Executive, supported by Queen's University Belfast Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility Directorate.

The Executive Office (Racial Equality Division for TEO) will be in attendance.
