Master Your Employability - Get ready today for tomorrow's job market!
During this four day employability programme, you will have the opportunity to enhance your employability skills such as communication and team work. We’ll cover what you need to consider when applying to jobs, from the CV, exploring a strategy for competency-based questions, right through to being interviewed virtually. You’ll develop your online presence through LinkedIn as its popularity as a recruitment tool for employers continues to grow.
You can also complete the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire, which is used to determine your differing strengths. Being self-aware of your personal preferences is one step towards understanding yourself better and improving your relationships with others. Finally, you can also take part in a group exercise to practise your communication and decision-making skills.
Please note this is a verified route for Graduate Plus/Future Ready Award.
