Sign up for our postdoc and research staff family summer social on Monday, 5th August, 1 pm – 4 pm! 

This event is open to all research staff at Queen’s and is an opportunity for you to meet colleagues from different Schools and Faculties. We’ve booked an ice cream van, lawn games, and a bouncy castle. We will provide the first 100 registered researchers with a free ice cream ticket! The ticket will cover either a classic ‘99’ ice cream, slush puppy, or tea/coffee! 

The van will be parked between The Graduate School and the adjacent Quadrangle. We'll head to the Great Hall if the weather is not as 'summery' as we would like. 

We’re looking forward to seeing you there and to celebrating the summer break with you! Please feel free to come and go as you wish during the event, but there will be a short and informal welcome at 1.15pm and registration is required for ice cream tickets.
