Researcher Plus is open to PhD and MPhil students.  (Master’s students apply for Graduate Plus/Future Ready Award.)

• Accredited programmes must be completed before the relevant deadline of your graduation – see deadlines below.
• For the combined route, you must submit the Researcher Plus application Form to skills@qub.ac.uk by 1st April for Summer Graduation or 1st November for Winter Graduation. (This will be discussed at the information session.)

Meet the consultant, Joan Connolly

Joan Connolly is a Postgraduate Employability and Career Consultant at the Graduate School. Joan is a qualified Careers Adviser with over twenty years of relevant experience in Higher Education. She is also a qualified coach and Myers Briggs Practitioner Step I and II.  In her role, Joan develops and implements employability programmes to enhance students' personal and professional development.

Prior to joining Queen’s, Joan worked in human resource management in the private sector, specialising in recruitment and selection.  Joan is a member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Service (AGCAS), Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
