In 2025 Queen’s Careers, Employability and Skills are delivering a Spotlight on Life Sciences Tour for students in the Medicine, Health, and Life Science Faculty.

The two-day programme will take place on Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 May 2025. Students who secure a place will have the opportunity to visit a number of our most innovative local scientific employers. This is a unique opportunity to gain a better understanding of the sector and explore a wealth of potential career areas that exist within this dynamic industry, those that are lab and non-lab-based.

Ahead of the tour, we are holding an information session on Monday 03 February 2025 in the Cube, One Elmwood. This is a great opportunity for you to find out more about this exciting tour, ask questions, and gain top tips on the application process as spaces are limited. 

This will be an informal session where we will talk you through the tour and how each day will look. We will also discuss each employer that we will be visiting and highlight the benefits and opportunities gained from taking part.
