Feedback from previous participant Ryan McCall, Part time MSc Construction and Project Management
What did you learn on the course?
I learn that everybody has a unique role in business – some people are better as leaders, and some have more strengths when they’re the one taking direction from a leader.
What did you find useful?
I found it useful to learn that people skills are really important when becoming a leader. I was happy I got a chance to improve on my own people skills during the course.
Why did you enjoy the course?
I found the course useful in two ways – it helped me connect with other students on my course, and it helped me develop my working skills in my full-time role. I also enjoyed getting to work as part of a team.
Why would you recommend others to sign up?
Definitely - this course shows students just how critical it is to be good at working as part of a team. I’d also recommend it to anyone who wants to work in a professional setting, because the course does a great job of showing how integral a good team is to successful projects, and warned against taking people for granted.
