Eventus, Culture and Arts
What is Eventus, Culture and Arts?
Eventus, Culture and Arts (ECA) is made up of several small teams dedicated to providing an exceptional experience and support service to our internal and external customers.
These teams work extensively with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to deliver a range of events and services to the University and wider community. With a great deal of industry experience and are confident in offering support and advice to all clients.
The work of ECA encompasses a wide range of activities. They provide a central contact for all event related enquiries, including a meeting point and directional information through the Welcome Centre. Many areas such as the SU shop are income generating, helping to enhance the student experience. The QFT and Naughton Gallery engage with internal and external visitors to enhance the Queen’s experience within the wider community and both are available to hire for corporate events or to enhance visitor experiences in Belfast.
How can your organisation engage with Eventus, Culture and Arts?
- Access unique, historic venues and state-of-the-art student facilities through private hires
- Support to deliver reputation enhancing events of the highest quality
- Ability to draw in audiences from the local community to enjoy inclusive University facilities such as the QFT, the Naughton Gallery and Welcome Centre
