Taoiseach delivers inaugural Queen’s Chief Executive’s Club lecture in Royal Irish Academy Dublin

The inaugural Queen’s University Belfast Chief Executive’s Club Dublin lecture, hosted by the Royal Irish Academy, has been delivered by An Taoiseach Micheál Martin TD.

Entitled ‘Building a Shared Island’, over 70 business leaders and Dublin based Queen’s Alumni attended the lecture which was also addressed by Dr Mary Canning, President of the Royal Irish Academy and Professor Ian Greer, President and Vice Chancellor of Queen’s University Belfast. Professor Greer, who is also the current President of Universities Ireland, addressed the audience on enhancing partnerships and collaborations to drive innovation across the island.

Director of Public Engagement at Queen’s University Ryan Feeney facilitated questions and answers from the audience and An Taoiseach around the role of higher education, businesses and wider society in delivering all island innovation.
