The Leverhulme Interdisciplinary Network on Algorithmic Solutions (LINAS) Seminar series is student-led and organised by Dr Meg Schwamb and the doctoral scholars on the programme.
The speakers will be:
Katherine Pittalis, a second year LINAS doctoral scholar, will be presenting a paper titled ‘Weaponisation of algorithmic bots – a private or public problem for the music industry?’
Joshua Weston, a second year LINAS doctoral scholar, will be presenting a paper titled ‘Objects in Space: Real or Bogus?’
Dr Deepak Padmanabhan, a Senior Lecturer in the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, will be presenting a paper titled ‘The Intents and Consequences of AI’.
We would love it if as many of you as possible could join us for this seminar. Refreshments will also be provided!
