Dr Dina Zoe Belluigi is a South African academic in critical Higher Education Studies at the School of Social Science, Education and Social Work (SSESW) at Queen's University Belfast. 

She serves as a Council member and research coordinator of the think tank Migrant and Minority Council of NI.

Maurice Macartney is Public Affairs and Campaigns Officer in the Queen's Univeristy Public Engagement team.

He is also a Board member of the MME Council, and leads on communications for the organisation.
