Towards a Top 200 World Ranking
HOW YOU CAN HELP
Our reputation as a university is built over time on the basis of excellence in our research, our teaching, and the societal benefit that both deliver.
Our research and education strategies aim to support the sustained excellence on which this long-term reputation is built, but there are also more immediate actions that can help to enhance our performance in key global rankings where our ambition within Strategy 2030 is to reach and maintain a top 200 position.
The Rankings and Reputation Working Group is working on a cross-disciplinary action plan focused on improving performance on each of the metrics. However, every member of staff in the university can contribute to this goal. This page provides more information about why these rankings matter, how they work and practical suggestions for how you can help.
