About Us
The teams are developing tailored structures for planning, reporting, governance, and project management to realise the ambitious aims that are organised under the four strategic pillars set out in Strategy 2030 and underpinned by the enablers that represent Operational Excellence. Once these structures and processes have been implemented, the Strategy team will have responsibility for ongoing management, co-ordination and reporting of strategic planning and delivery while also providing project and change management support to colleagues across Queen’s.
What we do
The Team will engage collaboratively with colleagues across the University on the following initiatives:
- A new Integrated Planning Model for 25/26 Plans
- Support project transparency within the pillars
- Sharing The Progress of Strategy 2030
MEET THE TEAM
The team are based on Elmwood Avenue in the Teaching and Learning building.
Sarah has responsibility for strategic oversight and co-ordination across the University to enable informed, transparent and collaborative planning and delivery in support of our strategic ambitions.
INTEGRATED PLANNING
The team are facilitating the design and delivery of the new Integrated Planning
Model for 25/26 Plans in support of Queen's ambitious strategic aims.
STRATEGIC PROGRAMME SUPPORT
The team will establish best practice, collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive a consistent and transparent approach to Programme management.

STRATEGY REPORTING FRAMEWORK
The team are responsible for a strategic reporting framework which showcases Strategy 2030 delivery and creates reports for Queen's governing bodies.
