The teams are developing tailored structures for planning, reporting, governance and project management to realise the ambitious aims that are organised under the four strategic pillars set out in Strategy 2030 and underpinned by the enablers that represent Operational Excellence. Once these structures and processes have been implemented, the Strategy team will have responsibility for ongoing management, co-ordination and reporting of strategic planning and delivery while also providing project and change management support to colleagues across Queen’s.
