Who we are

The Students and Corporate Services portfolio, enables a One University approach to delivering the student experience and optimising the student journey.

This is delivered by the three Directorates of Academic Services, Queen’s Global and Student and Campus Experience, supported by the Students and Corporate Services Hub, and all working closely with the Faculties and Schools.

What we do

The three Directorates and Faculty professional services have responsibility for the overarching corporate delivery of marketing and student recruitment through to student experience and ultimately student success.

Students and Corporate Services works in collaboration with the Pro-Vice-Chancellors, portfolio Vice-Presidents and the Faculty teams to deliver the strategic goals of the Institution.

The Students and Corporate Services Hub supports the strategic delivery of services across the portfolio and collaborates on the delivery of professional services across the Faculties and Schools.

In addition, the Hub directly supports the Vice-President and Directors to enable and support change and innovation and drive efficiencies through better integration of services and reporting of outputs.
