76 Malone Road is a large traditional property on the leafy Malone Road. Just 15 minutes from Queen’s main campus, you are close enough to walk to class or you can get one of the Metro buses that pass by your accommodation every 15 minutes.
Students living in 76 Malone Road enjoy a more independent lifestyle and it is suitable for undergraduate students. Residents share a kitchen, common room and two bathrooms.

Free off-peak membership of Queen's Sport is included for everyone living in Queen’s Accommodation. The fully equipped gym facility at Elms BT1 is available to all students living in Queen’s Accommodation, open from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
Onsite laundry is available in the laundry room. It's cashless - download an app on your phone, and you can see when machines are available or when your wash / dry is finished.
