Are you exploring options for further studies and interested in making better places? Then why not join our Masters in Planning and Urban Design information day on Friday 10th January. You will be able to meet with the Programme Director, hear from current students and explore projects happening across Belfast with recent graduates and employers. The event will finish with the launch of our 'Place Hack' competition in a city centre venue over food and drinks.  

ITINERARY

10.30 am - Tea & coffee on arrival

11.00 am - Welcome talks in DKB 03.010 with Programme Director and current MSc City Planning & Design and MSc Planning & Development students

11.45 am - Campus tour

12.30 pm - Lunch

1.00 pm - Bus to visit projects around Belfast with recent graduates

3.30 pm -  Place Hack Competition launch with employers panel (Belfast location TBC)

5.00 pm - Event close

ABOUT THE PLACE HACK COMPETITION

Through the Place Hack competition, the Planning department would like to invite you to hack the place where you live. To imagine a better, happier and healthier place to live that responds to the social needs, climate crises and generally making places more diverse and vibrant. The best idea will win an iPad.
