To report an incident of antisocial behaviour, including noise, in the first instance you should report it to the

Belfast City Council Noise Team

(Night-time noise team operate from 20:00hrs – 04:00hrs)

or

PSNI

101 or in an emergency, you should always phone the Police on 999.

If you suspect that the property is a student residence then you should also report this to the Universities alongside the other outside agencies noted below

Queen’s University Neighbourhood Engagement Team works closely with the teaching colleges of Stranmillis and St Mary’s as well as Belfast Metropolitan College.

The team investigates complaints on their behalf to give advice to their students on community living and report issues of concern to the respective college.

The University takes complaints of student misconduct seriously and we investigate all complaints reported to us. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the time of any disturbance and impact on you.

You can report a HMO or landlord to nihmo@belfastcity.gov.uk if you believe a property is not licensed or you suspect they may not comply with the legislation.

You can report incidents of antisocial behaviour inside a HMO property or within the garden or yard area of a HMO by emailing nihmo@belfastcity.gov.uk.

The app uses multi-ligual AI avatars to help, guide and support users in their own language, removing the frustration and worry for those whom English is not their first language. Currently in Polish, Romanian, Chinese and Arabic with more languages being developed.
