Mary-Louise Corr, Siobhan McAlister and Suzanne Mooney, along with Alice Diver (Law) have been funded by the Commission for Victims of Crime to conduct research on Family Courts processes in Northern Ireland. The research team are working with a young person’s advisory group from the SAY (Social Action Youth) project at Women’s Aid, exploring the experiences of Family Courts in cases where there is domestic abuse.
