In March 2025, the Centre for Public Health proudly hosted the Dementia Research Network Ireland (DRNI) Early Career Researcher Day, bringing together bright minds from across the island of Ireland. With a full house, the event showcased 38 outstanding presentations and posters from Early Career Researchers pushing the boundaries of dementia research.

Beyond the presentations, attendees gained invaluable insights during an expert panel discussion on academic publishing. Chaired by the brilliant Dr Francesca Farina, the panel featured Dr Dominic Trepel, Dr Andrea Kwakowsky, and Dr Imre Lengyel, who generously shared their knowledge, experiences, and practical advice.
