Henry Jarrett is Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Exeter. He was awarded a BSc (Hons) in IR from the University of Plymouth in 2011, a MSc in Global Politics from the University of Southampton in 2012 and a PhD in Ethno-Political Studies from Exeter in 2016.

Jarrett researches consociational power sharing with a particular interest in political parties in these societies, especially cross-segmental parties. Much of his research focuses on Northern Ireland, however he is also interested in other consociations including Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Malaysia. Jarrett has published widely and is the author of Peace and Ethnic Identity in Northern Ireland (Routledge, 2018).
