Antje Otto is a PhD Candidate at Ulster University’s Business School. Her current work explores the role and nature of businesses towards and within a post-growth society. Drawing on concepts of the post-growth discourse and business management theory this project aims to investigate alternatives to growth centred business models. Her empirical research explores companies which have adapted post-growth aligned principles. Through her findings, Antje’s research aims to identify possible pathways for wider adaptation and in doing so challenge the hegemonies of ‘business as usual’.
