Global EPIC relaunches Soft Landing Programme for cyber innovators to explore new markets
Global EPIC relaunches its Soft Landing Programme with 13 innovative ecosystems taking part.
The Soft Landing Programme offers security companies and entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to ‘soft land’ for a trail period in the market of one of the participants. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this can now also be done digitally. Companies and entrepreneurs taking part in the Soft-Landing programme will benefit from access to excellent resources and commercial opportunities, opportunities to be introduced to new partners and talented employees, practical guidance on how to do business in the local market, and also the opportunity to trial new international markets with low-risk.
For more information on the Soft-Landing Programme, visit https://globalepic.org/?page_id=2260
The Soft-Landing Programme is operated by the Global Ecosystem of Ecosystems Partnership in Innovation and Cybersecurity (Global EPIC), a worldwide collaboration between cybersecurity ecosystems. Here partners collaborate to co-create and adopt world-changing solutions to high-impact cybersecurity challenges, both current and emergent.
Katie Stebbins, President of Global EPIC, commented: “The economy of data security is thriving around the world. Global EPIC shines a light on the opportunity for global economic growth through this industry – in local and regional economies. Through this process, it has also created a community of world leading practitioners who collaborate for individual and collective success.”
Bert Feskens, Programme Manager at The Hague Security Delta, added: “Security risks don’t end at the border and therefore collaboration on a global scale is crucial. By connecting our ecosystems within Global EPIC, we can effectively help innovative cybersecurity companies to flourish and to grow both in their home ecosystem as in the host Global EPIC ecosystem. Economic benefits and security are two sides of the same coin here.”
