International Commercial and Business Law LLM

The research of the QIEL scholars informs our teaching. Drawing on our specific expertise and interests, members of the Centre deliver a variety of courses in international economic law and related areas at the undergraduate and the postgraduate level, notably in the School’s LLM in International Commercial and Business Law.

PhD Research Degrees

Candidates wishing to do a research degree under the supervision of the QIEL academic staff are encouraged to apply.

We offer PhD supervision across various legal fields, including international trade law, international investment law, international dispute resolution, competition law, European Union (EU) law, international finance law, business and human rights law, critical approaches to economic law, development and monetary law, International maritime law and international space law.
