SARC has a Maker Space that comprises of a wide range of equipment (including soldering stations, 3D printers, Laser Cutter, CNC milling machine and related tools and components). These facilities are used for research purposes, specially in the design and fabrication of novel musical instruments and realisation of interactive installation artworks. The Maker Space also hosts workshops and events such as the Synth Design Hackathon.
