1. What type of activities will the ISSF at Queen’s support?
The ISSF will support opportunities for early-career academics wishing to undertake clinical research.

2. Who can apply?
Postdoctoral researchers at Queen’s University Belfast
3. How long are ISSF projects expected to last?
ISSF funding at Queen’s lasts for 5 years, starting in January 2017.
Research Fellowship for Clinical trainees are expected to last 4-6 months.
Early Career Researcher collaborative projects are expected to last 3-4 months
Six postdoctoral research fellowship fund are expected to be funded, each lasting 2 years.
The public engagement will last throughout the duration of the project.
4. Can match funding be in-kind?
Yes, match funding can be cash or in-kind
