Belfast Metro runs frequent bus services from locations in South Belfast to the city centre, stopping at Queen’s, just outside the ICC. The ICC has ample computer-equipped offices for students and staff, a seminar room, and a kitchen. It houses four laboratories whose state-of-the-art equipments are monitored by a separate control room. The equipments include, among other things, high-resolution concealed cameras ideal for recording behavioral data. The ICC makes available softwares such as MATLAB for the optimal implementation of any sort of research design as well as AI platforms for the simulation of psychological and social mechanisms or processes. In addition to collecting data in our labs and at field sites throughout the world, the ICC gathers web-based data utilizing Qualtrics, the industry-leading platform for online research.
