This year’s lecture is being given by Brice Dickson who will be exploring some of the problems encountered when
people try to ensure that human rights are well protected by law. Using examples drawn from Northern Ireland,
elsewhere in these islands and further afield, he will suggest how the challenges might best be overcome.
