Global Skills tackles Law Reform in the UK
Learning about Law Reform
On 11th of December 2019, a group of second-year law students attended their first Global Skills Project workshop of the semester. It was led by Dr. Adeniyi Olayode who introduced the function of a Law Reform Commission, as well as the different stages of an actual law reform project. Students also had the opportunity to debate on an actual piece of legislation, discussing its strengths and weaknesses before identifying any areas that require further reform.
