The School of Law at Queen’s University Belfast welcomes applications to its Visiting Scholars Programme. The School is a globally recognised law school with acknowledged international excellence inthe following fields;

The School of Law's Visiting Scholars Programme seeks to bring a diverse range of exceptional visiting scholars to Queen’s University Belfast from around the world. The School is keen to support and welcomes applications in particular from scholars from central or Eastern Europe, Africa, India or China.
Application Process
All applicants who wish to be considered for a Visiting Research position must be nominated by a member of academic staff in the School. The nominating staff member must complete the ‘Nomination Form for Visiting Research Titles’ for recommendation by the Head of School and onward approval by Academic Affairs. The Nomination Form is available here.
All visitors have access to the library and are welcome to attend the many public events at the School of Law, including the visiting speaker series, public lectures, and other events. Details of which are available in our Events section.
Please note that the School does not provide assistance on immigration and work visas. Scholars are responsible for ensuring that they have the correct travel documentation to visit the UK, including visas.
