The 2023-4 QUB Maths Competition for Schools was held on Thursday 7th December 2023 in the Elmwood Hall, with a record 21 schools from across NI taking part. After the first two gruelling rounds (with 10 questions to complete and only 45 minutes in each) the winners of the tight race for the top places were:

Wallace High School (1st Place)

Friends’ School Lisburn (2nd Place)

St Louis Grammar School Ballymena and St Malachy’s College (Joint 3rd Place)

with a commendation for Ballyclare High School for their strong performance in rounds 1 and 2.

CONGRATULATIONS to all our prize winners and a BIG thank you to all the other participating schools and their teachers for supporting this event and making this not only our biggest competition to date but also such a fun and memorable event.

We look forward to welcoming you all again in December 2024!
