Exams are now over and staff at the School of Maths and Physics have been working with their students on Python programming skills during lockdown. The Python courses are interactive and led by Dr Tom Field, Dr Charlotte Palmer (Centre for Plasma Physics) and a group of our graduate students. Due to great interest from over 100 students, two courses were planned. The first course has just finished and, the feedback has been very positive indeed! The technology ran smoothly allowing Tom, Charlotte and the graduate students to have online conversations with the students as they worked together on their computer programs.
