The event– a preliminary round of the international theoretical physics competition– was held from the 16th to the 18th of February and was attended by 40 teams representing 28 universities from the UK and Ireland. The centrepiece of the weekend was the four-hour exam, which saw participants collaborating in teams to solve ten challenging physics problems.

The two Queen's teams, 'φψχ' and 'I don't know ether' finished 24th and 17th respectively. Congratulations to the students on their fantastic achievement.
