Both Mathematics and Physics get 100% for overall student satisfaction
Best ever student rating for MSci Degrees.
Pity poor Mick Jagger, who couldn't "get no satisfaction". Perhaps he should have enrolled for an undergraduate M.Sci. degree in Mathematics or Physics at Queen's University Belfast.
In the 2017 National Student Survey, both of these undergraduate degrees scored 100% overall satisfaction from the students enrolled on them.
Prof. Hugo van der Hart, the Director of Education for Mathematics and Physics at QUB, said “ The School of Mathematics and Physics is delighted to see the excellent 100% satisfaction scores for the M.Sci. programmes in Mathematics and Physics. These are flagship programmes within the School, and the scores are a tribute to the outstanding efforts by our staff in delivering these high-quality programmes."
The National Student Survey is an independent exercise run annually by Ipsos MORI, to build a broad picture of the quality of higher education throughout the UK. Final year (or fourth year) students are asked a series of 27 questions about their degrees, with the results providing information for both prospective students and the staff teaching those courses.
