The Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences (EPS) at Queens celebrated the end of the 2018/19 academic year with a Garden Party on Monday 24th June 2019.  Held in the Lanyon Quadrangle this event included opening words from the Pro Vice Chancellor for EPS Prof. Mark Price, thanking everyone across the Faculty for their efforts after what has been a successful year.  Recent Faculty hi-lights in terms of EPS achievements were on poster displays in the Graduation Marquee where five awards recognising individual excellence and achievement were also distributed.  Two of these awards went to SMAE staff - Allison James (Operations Award) and Dr Juliana Early (Research Award).  Congratulations to both recipients from everyone at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering!  It is good to see that the time and effort that you have both put into your respective roles is acknowledged and rewarded.
