Best Technical Paper Award for Flavien Boussuge at International Meshing Roundtable & User Forum
Dr Flavien Boussuge (above left) was presented with the Best Technical Paper award at the recent International Meshing Roundtable and User Forum which took place in Buffalo, NY, USA. His paper was entitled 'Application of Tensor Factorisation to Analyse Similarities in CAD Assembly Models' and his co-authors (above right) were Dr Trevor Robinson , Prof. Cecil Armstrong and Dr Christopher Tierney. Flavien completed this work as a post Doctoral Researcher at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (SMAE) at Queens where he was working as part of the team conducting research in partnership with Rolls Royce looking at next generation methods for mutli-physics simulations. Congratulations to Flavien who joins the lengthening list of SMAE researchers who have been recognised for the quality of their work at international events!
