The School of Pharmacy Hosts its 2024 Undergraduate Awards Ceremony
Hosted in the Great Hall, Queen's University Belfast, this event celebrated outstanding academic achievements throughout our undergraduate BSc and MPharm programmes.
The event, led by the Head of the School of Pharmacy, Professor Gavin Andrews, welcomed award winners, their families and friends, School of Pharmacy colleagues, representatives from the companies and organisations who kindly sponsor each of the awards, and guest of honour, Professor Mike Mawhinney, who addressed the audience ahead of each of the awards being presented.

Speaking of the event, Professor Gavin Andrews, Head of the School of Pharmacy said:
“Our Annual Prize Ceremony is an important event within our School Calendar. It’s an opportunity to pause, reflect and acknowledge the exceptional achievements of our wonderful MPharm and BSc students, that are an integral part of the life of the School of Pharmacy at Queen’s. We are immensely proud of those students that received awards and thank them for being role models to others and in helping us create a culture that fosters excellence.”
