Dr Victoria Durrer and Prof Aoife McGrath present their perspectives and experiences of interdisciplinary research mixing dance practice and social scientific methods. Panel chaired by Prof. Sarah Whatley (Coventry University) and joined by Prof. Delia Ferri (Maynooth University) & Sho Shibata (Stopgap Dance Company) on 4 September 2023 focusing on arts-based research and inclusive dance as part of the ERC Research Project, Dancing, which explores  the right of  persons with disabilities to take part in cultural life as an essential aspect of enhancing cultural diversity in the EU.
