We invite you to join us for the post-Covid return of QUB Big Band, Queen’s University’s jazz ensemble! QUB Big Band, directed by its founder-director, Steve Barnett, will play in The Black Box, on Wednesday 11th May from 7.30pm – its first gig since December 2019. As usual we will have some stellar guest artists to feature, including David Howell (tenor sax and vocals). A mix of jazz standards and newer items is sure to raise the roof in this, the 20th ANNIVERSARY concert of this popular ensemble.
