Cities and Memory is one of the world’s biggest sound projects, covering more than 115 countries and territories, with more than 6,000 sounds and 1,500 contributing artists globally. Project founder and sound artist Stuart Fowkes will perform compositions from across the Cities and Memory sound map, blending field recordings with electronic composition - a sonic tour around the world, from the interior of the Sistine Chapel to reimagined interpretations of thunderstorms, rail travel and temples. The performance is audiovisual, with video accompaniment that augments the experience of this sonic world tour.
