- Co-Lead for the European Respiratory Society NEUROCOUGH (NEw Understanding of the tReatment Of COUGH) Clinical Research Consortium, a multidisciplinary pan-European partnership of clinicians from 8 countries, scientists and industry together with patient involvement with an ambition to transform current understanding and management of cough.
- Lead Clinician and Co-Principal Investigator for the Border REgions And Training
- Hub (BREATH) a 7.7M Euro funded EU INTERREG 5-year program (2017-2022) involving 3
- Institutions (QUB, Dundalk Institute of Technology, & University of West of Scotland) working in
- partnership to establish a cross region research hub for the development of innovative approaches
- to tackle Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
- Co-Lead for Northern Ireland Clinical Research Network for Respiratory Health
- Academic Lead representing QUB on NIHR Translational Research Partnership (Inflammatory Respiratory Disease)
