Business Clinic Now Open and Accepting Applications From Organisations
The Business Clinic at Queen's Business School gives organisations access to a student consultancy team to work on a specific challenge based on the needs of the business. Applications are open until 30 August 2023.
Businesses of all shapes and sizes are eligible to take part in the Business Clinic. Industry, government, charities, and not-for-profit organisations are invited to submit applications with an overview of the specific issue to be tackled.
Time and people are crucial resources in working through business issues, and we recognise that many organisations are lacking in these resources. If you have identified an issue that would benefit from support, Queen's Business School can help.
We match Undergraduate student teams with businesses looking for consultancy support. The students receive structured guidance on how to approach the problem, putting what they have learned in their degrees into practice.
Student teams work on the business issue between September 2023 and April 2024, and at the end they produce a report, presentation, and recommendations.
We welcome consultancy projects on topics such as:
- Strategic changes - expansion to new markets, the future of work
- People - talent management, global workforce management
- Marketing and communications - social media strategy, marketing strategy
- Operations - workforce, supply chains
- An aspect of a new product/ service offering
- External factors impacting your organisation
- And others.
We welcome applications from businesses locally, nationally, and globally.
