CIPD NI Awards 2023: Molly Keers Awarded Rising Star of the People Profession by QBS
The CIPD NI Awards took place on Thursday 12 October 2023 at Titanic Belfast, sponsored by Queen’s Business School and a variety of other businesses.
The CIPD Awards are a dedicated evening in celebration of the best in HR and people management in Northern Ireland. The CIPD Awards in Northern Ireland hold significant prestige and are highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland.
Queen’s Business School sponsored the ‘Rising Star of the People Profession’ - awarded to an early to mid-career professional who displays great passion in their profession and has made a substantial impact in their workplace. Dr Denise Currie, Reader in Organisation, Work and Leadership at Queen’s Business School, was one of the judges.
Molly Keers was awarded Rising Star of the People Profession at the CIPD NI Awards 2023.
Molly Keers currently works within the Capability and Development team as a Senior Associate at PwC. The judging panel were impressed with Molly's enthusiasm and energy. The judges said that her passion for her profession and achievements to date, coupled with her ambition for the future, stood out prominently.
The judging panel acknowledged Molly's solid foundation of HR practice and knowledge base, using PwC'S extensive network effectively. Additionally, she demonstrated a clear approach to her continued professional development, including recognising the importance a mentor can play.
The Queen's Business School offers a fully accredited MSc in Human Resource Management Postgraduate course. The programme is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The programme provides the necessary knowledge and understanding to be awarded professional membership of the CIPD at Associate level.
