Ian Henry Wins ‘Sustainability Business Leader of the Year’ Award
The Business Eye Sustainability Awards took place on the 23rd of February at the Culloden Estate and Spa, with QMS sponsoring the 'Sustainability Business Leader of the Year' award.
The aim of the 'Sustainability Business Leader of the Year' award is to acknowledge a business leader who has led his or her organisation to real sustainability achievement, and whose leadership can serve as an example for other business owners and leaders to follow.
QBS Director of Business Engagement, Julie McCandless, presented the award to the winner Ian Henry. Ian is a director of Magherafelt-based building company called Henry Brothers, an integral part of the wider Henry Group; a leading privately owned multi-disciplinary chartered building, civil engineering, manufacturing, and facilities management company.
Ian Henry said:
“I am absolutely delighted to pick up this award and I have to say, even though It’s a personal award, there’s a great team behind me who all do great work and have helped me win this award.
"I am very thankful for everybody who supports me in the business and everybody who has helped drive this sustainability project through.”
