Queen’s Business School Awarded Prestigious Five Year EQUIS Reaccreditation
Queen’s Business School has been awarded renewal of the prestigious and internationally recognised EQUIS accreditation for business schools, for the maximum period of five years.
EQUIS is the leading international system of quality assessment, improvement, and accreditation of higher education institutions in management and business administration.
Managed and run by EFMD Global, the fundamental objective of EQUIS is to raise the standard of management education worldwide. EQUIS accreditation benchmarks schools against international standards in governance, programmes, faculty, research, internationalisation, ethics, responsibility, sustainability, and corporate engagement.
The School was first awarded EQUIS accreditation in 2021.
Speaking on the reaccreditation this year, Dean and Head of Queen’s Business School, Professor M.N. Ravishankar, says:
'In February 2024 we hosted a panel of distinguished EQUIS peer reviewers from around the world at our newly launched, state-of-the-art building, the Queen’s Business School (QBS) Student Hub. We were proud to showcase our excellent new facilities, opened in Autumn 2023, which are creating transformational opportunities for students, faculty, and our community.
This accreditation for the maximum period of five years affirms our position as a leading and welcoming business school with global impact. It has been made possible due to the hard work and commitment of all our wonderful colleagues across Queen’s Business School, and I would like to warmly thank them for their dedication.'
Queen’s Business School is proud to be a part of the global EQUIS community, and you can find out about all our accreditations here.
