The Department of Information Technology, Analytics, & Operations (ITAO) brings together expertise in data science, business analytics, digital innovations, and operations and supply chain management.
We conduct industry-relevant research and help organisations generate business value from digital technologies, make better data-informed decisions, create environmentally sustainable operations, and develop effective supply chain solutions.
We provide excellent research-led teaching to undergraduates, postgraduates and working professionals. Our teaching portfolio covers the application of analytics in core business functions such as marketing and human resources, as well as the development and application of technical skills such as advanced analytics and machine learning and data management.
