* All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings on receipt of full registration or student registration fee as applicable. Up to 2 papers are included in a full registration with the second paper attracting an additional £150 handling charge. A supplement charge of £50 needs to be paid for each additional page over 6 pages in length.

** Authors of accepted papers must pay full or student registration fees as applicable. Banquet not included in day registration but can be purchased for an additional charge of £50.
