Resources
The following document and video resources are designed for those working as part of Athena SWAN initiatives and were developed based on empirical findings from six studies funded by the EPSRC Inclusion Matters grant. The goal of these tools is to help you and your colleagues understand why initiatives may not be as efficient as they can and improve them where needed. We hope you find these resources useful for implementing and evaluating your gender equality initiatives!
