On International Women's Day Belfast will host the Afghan Women Solidarity Concert to end oppression and violence against women and girls. Afghanistan's biggest rap star Sonita Alizadeh, who was sold into child marriage at the age of 10, will be one of the artists performing with musicians from the Ulster Orchestra.

As part of a series of fringe events, Ulster Bank NI and Women in Business NI, in partnership with Beyond Skin, are proud to invite you to meet Sonita and Afghan business women Razieh Mirzaee and Fatima Mousavi to share their journeys, and how the business community can assist in raising awareness to shift the narrative of societal gender imbalance.
