QGI held the Annual Academic Progression Workshop on Monday 10^th January 2022. 

All female academics were invited, including those who are currently on probation and there was an excellent attendance at this online event.  The workshop was to enable learning about the Academic Progression process and career planning. 

Speakers included Professor Emma Flynn (Pro Vice Chancellor, Research and Enterprise), Joyce Johnston (Head of Reward, Performance and Wellbeing) and Ann Campbell (QGI Data Analyst).
